This search provides current holder of the subject property, last two Warranty Deeds and any open Mortgages/Deed of Trust, Modifications, Assignments, Involuntary liens and Judgments recorded against that property/owner, Liens and also tax information like Assessed value, taxable value, Due, Paid and any delinquent status.
