We perform Full Title Search as defined by the Title standards of each State. Full Title Searches are ideal for any real estate transaction where the buyer wants to know about all outstanding liens, mortgages and judgments recorded against the property. This provides the detailed information on Current and Previous owners. We examine search documents to identify any defects such as lack of homestead language, legal description defects etc. if any found, will make a note in our reports.
